SeaCity Museum  The Titanic was moored at Southampton after it had left Belfast and many of the staff on board were from Southampton.  Visitors share in an exhibition about The Titanic and learn of the effect on local inhabitants when the ship was lost.  At the end of the exhibition there is an experience where visitors sit in the Court Room and hear sound recordings of the legal investigations following the loss of the ship.

City Art Gallery

Tudor House  The history of Southampton is well worth investigating as of course it has long been a significant port – especially for goods from the continent eg French Wine, Port etc.  As a result there are many vaults where such goods were stored – still owned by the City Council.  Clearly there were many Merchants houses associated with such wealth and Tudor House and garden is a complete and very fine example of such a property.
